In general: Do Starplayer's Special Rules work if he/she has lost Tackle Zone and/or is stunned/prone?

And in which order things happens when activation starts?

Grombrindal, The white dwarf: Wisdom of the White Dwarf: "when Teammate is activated".
Can Grombrindal give skill if Grombrindal is stunned/prone?
Can Grombrindal give skill if Grombrindal does not have a Tackle zone?

Is negatrait tested before or after declaring Wisdom of the White Dwarf? (If I'm planning to give Break Tackle to Treeman, can I first see if Treeman takes root)
Can player who is starting prone or has lost Tackle zone use Grombrindals Special rule?

Hakflem Skuttlespike, Treacherous: "when Hakflem is activated".
Can Hakflem use Treacherous if starting activation prone?
Can Hakflem use Treacherous if starting activation without Tackle zone?

Estella La Veneux, Baleful Hex: "at the beginning of Estelle's activation".
Can Estelle use Baleful Hex if starting activation prone?

If Withergrasp gets Blocked for the first time when Withergrasp does not have Tackle zone, does he get Dodge skill but he can't use it during that block?

Can Ivar use Raiding party targeting himself if starting activation prone?

Can Ivar move player without Tackle zone with Raiding party (as long target is Open)?
Can Ivar move prone player with Raiding party (as long target is Open)? (When Rulebook states about Open/Marked players it is not saying anything about being Standing/Prone, so maybe Prone player can also be Open/Marked. And you can Throw Team Mate prone player, and chainpush prone player, so prone players are not immutable at all).

Thorsson Stoutmead, Beer Barrel Bash: "at the start of his activation".
Can Thorsson use Beer Barrel Bash if starting activation prone?
Can Thorsson use Beer Barrel Bash if starting activation without Tackle zone?

Can Kiroth use Black Ink if starting activation prone?
