Is this "etc" all and everything than can be imagined?
- Fouling assist? (page 63: Apply a +1 modifier to the Armour roll for each offensive assist.)
How about own players e.g. with Animal Savagery + Mighty Blow? Iron Hard Skin seems to work only when opposing players are using Mighty Blow (etc).
Seems that Iron Hard Skin is preventing all usage of Claws (Animal Savagery + Claws is in errata, so slashing own players with Claws is a thing).
How about any other Armour roll modifiers, e.g. Weather, Stadium, Kick-off -table? (These are not made by "Opposing players").

How about Wizard and Fireball (Wizard is not a player):Lava Pools: [] whenever a player is Knocked Down, apply a +1 modifier to the Armour roll.
