Just to follow up on the Twitter announcement and for those who follow the event here.

We are in discussions with the Venue, the De Vere conference centre, and they are currently advising us that it is business as usual. They have put in place additional measures to ensure the health & safety of all attendees. As of writing the government are placing no restrictions on smaller gatherings, so we have made the decision on present advice to continue with the 2020 NAFC as planned.

Unfortunately, given the current situation regarding Covid-19, this years NAFC will not be able to take place on the 9/10 May 2020 as planned. The event has been now been rescheduled for 15/16 May 2021. Tournament entry & hotel bookings at the De Vere already made will carry over to the new date.

If you paid the full rate of entry, we’ll refund you £5 as you’ll now be part of the Early Bird discount. The prizes & freebies already announced will of course still be available too.

It's really sad that we have to do this; but given the current state of things, the advice we are receiving from the Venue & Government this is absolutely the best option right now. We will be back, bigger than ever in 2021 for a delayed, but absolutely amazing 10th Edition of the NAF Championship!

Why not the bank holiday 2021?

For those of us who missed out on the NAFC Hotel rate and had to pay the full rate for the last few rooms, do we need to let the hotel know that we were part of the NAFC and our reservations need to be moved to the new dates with all the other NAFC hotel reservations?

Unfortunately the bank holiday weekend was already taken at the venue for 2021.

The venue have told me we can move all our bookings, even if they were not made with the discounted rate. The bookings made using our discount code and the discounted rate should be moved automatically by the venue next week, but if you booked outside of this you will need to contact them to do this.

Please wait until later in the week to do this, once the venue have transferred our bookings entirely.
