I think 200 traditionally, as to when they stop selling it is normally a week or so before the event.

But as the World Cup seems to be slowing sales down I'd be willing to bet you could order with Mail Order the same week of the event this year...

I deny the challenge. I've had really bad luck at the BB with Dwarves, don't think I'll be taking them again.

Maybe Norse? Maybe wood Elves? Not too sure...
