What team are you taking?

Seen as no one's started this one yet, here's the obligatory 'what team' thread!

I'll be going with Halflings, I seem to do better with low tier teams, which probably means nothing in a Tournament setting but we'll see!!
I have the Minis and a 2nd ed Treeman for Deeproot, hope to start painting them in the next couple of weeks or a month.

Well you're guarenteed a win if you face me. I've never beaten Halflings in a match that matters.

If my ticket comes through (still waiting on a mate to tell me he's bought it........) And I'm undecided what to go with. I wanted to get a different team to each tourny this year, but there are some teams I own that I just dont enjoy playing.

So........ Might pull out my Undead again, to try to get their rating above 150.00 again, or Rats. Or Pact. Or Ogres......
No, I think its gonna be Rats. Then again......

I assume you mean "this is the first actual NAF tournament since they were painted. otherwise I believe the NAF WC 2007 is looking to kick your arse.

I will be taking the mighty "MushRoom Men" and their infomous capatain, Captain Cape.

I played these Gobbos at VaultBowl last year and everyone that played them hated Captain Cape and went out of their way to smash him up.

Was a good distraction allowing my trolls to run riot!!

Also my bombardier was amazing in that event, never missing a throw in 5 games.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had one of the best games I have played as my last match. It was Gobbo v Gobbo, lost 3-0 but it was so much fun.

I have a single set of models painted up to represent these teams amazons,chaos dwarf,orc and humans so whichever of those I fell most comfortable with on the day. But most likely zons, even though I will feel really cheap.

I have 6 chaos dwarfs,four black orcs, two bull centaur, a minotaur,a ogre and a troll sat in my case alongside 14 shadowforge females painted with green skin. I have enough positionals in the shadowforge females to make 4 blitzers, 2 catchers, two throwers and 6 linewomen. The shadowforge models take the roll of hobgoblin, human positionals, orc positonals and amazons. As long as you don't mind green humans and female orcs it works very well.

If I made the skaven, dark elf and goblin I could do chaos pact......but I would never take them personaly, especially at a tourny.
