what are they?

what are these "special play cards" i've been reading about. i've never heard of them

There from the last edition.

Basically you had three decks, Magic Items, random Events, and Dirty Tricks

You rolled a dice at the start of the match too see how many you got (1=1, 2-5=2, and 6=3), then there was extras if your TR was lower than your opponents (handicap)
