Any tips for coaching Khemri

Post by Darko Blades »

Hi everyone. We've just started a new league and for a change I've gone Khemri which i've never coached before. I've played one match with them and won 1-0. I managed to run in a TD in the last turn of the 2nd half because my opponenets, an Amazon team only had 1 player left on the pitch (4 cas, 6 KOs). Great! But this isn't going to happen every game. Anyone out thier with some friendly advice.

Nah you got the Khemri way just right! Bash the other team into oblivion or better, make them run so you just walk for a td. Really that's all they can do.

Sure hands blitzers are khemris ball carriers because they have the best ma of the team. A thrower might be good for first game or so to actually get that sure hands blitzer. Just don't pass, run.

Skellies are good for fouling if you like.

Yes,

try to block out as many players as you can.
And for the first skill for a skelleton should be Dirty player.
Foul every turn!!! And don't score too fast against AG teams because most of them need only two turns to score even when they only have 3 players left.

Wow, those replies went up quick. Thanks alot for your advice, Dirty Player sounds like a sensible skill choice since I can buy some extra skeletons if any of them get sent off.

After that one match my Khemri have become the most feared team in the league. Suppose I'd better live up to my reputation

khemri are ok,
against bash teams you should be fine if you fail pick ups,
anything with a bit of speed and agility will hurt you hard when your thro ra is in the backfield displaying his lack of talent.
Used them for like 17-18 games. Quite fun, just frustrating when your three skilled mummies decide not to regen.
Find they tend to cap at 200 rating as agility teams blow them away.
Oh and get a kicker.
Kick allows you to stick the ball somewhere and then get your slow players into a defensive formation before the ball has passed them.

Never noticed that, if you can get a good amount of tackle and dirty player in the squad those elves are going to suffer!

Yup, I back tuern on the tackle and dirty player. Use tackle for the dodgers and foul everyone else.
