Bear in mind this starting line up is for a RL league, that with the averages, lasts about 7 games long. However, most of the RL leagues only last about 3 or 4 games long. So with this in mind, I give you the line-up:
1 Troll
4 Black Orc Blockers
2 Blitzers
1 Thrower
1 Lineorc
2 Goblins
5 Fan Factor
2 Re-Rolls
1 Apothecary
My general Stratagy for the team is to have the LOS stocked with the strongest players possible, (the Troll and the BOBs.) This is to sucker in as many players as possible to tye up on defence, and to allow a power line for offence as well. The Blizers along with the Goblins, (can always get the gobs into position to assist,) will then attack the ball carrier. On offence, I have all three options of run, pass, or throw team-mate to score. This is my general team philosophy.

Your philosophy seems sound but in my experience with orcs that team has too many Black orcs. Black orcs are more of an investment long term and are pretty rubbish until they get block. Swap 2 of them for blitzers. You can very easily get two Dice Blocks anyway and you need the Block skill or you'll burn all your RR's. Blitzers are pertty much equally as good at doing the damage if not better at first and you need the speed otherwise you'll be relying too much on goblins.
Also Id ditch the apoth and 1 of the FF to get another RR.

Thanks fellas! I believe that I will give that a try. Not to mention, Two of my BOBs are the same looking ones out of the plastic boxed set, where as the blitzers are a combination of one palstic and 3 metal ones. So in my opinion the team looks better that way with the mix of mainly metal mins with the one Orc Blitzer thrown in.

How I have come to love a High FF.
I ended up going with this set up after changing the starting line up about 2 dozens times.
1 Troll
2 BO Blockers
2 Blitzers
2 Trowers
2 Lineorcs
2 Goblins
9 Fan Factor
2 Re-Rolls
1 Apothecary
I thought about it and came to the conclusion that if I go halfway to filling out the positional players it would allow me alot more flexibilty in what I can do on both sides of the ball both offence and defence. After taking half of the maximums towards positional players, I took halfway on rerolls, and fan factor also. I always take an apothecary on the team.
The apothecary is vital to protecting my investment in positional players and to keep players on the pitch in a drive. Substitutions are nice, but I always figure you come out a head on a linemen cost by keeping him on the pitch when you use your apothecary to save him from becoming a casualty.
I decided to max out the FanFactor for money and Kick-off table results. Plus this starting line-up is a little more offencive orientated. So those two factors go well together. The more scoring that happens the more of a chance that the fans will play a part in the game in question.
My final decision came to what to do with the last 20k to spend on. I ended up with the 2nd thrower to upgrade the 3rd lineorc from. I was debating on spending the last 20k with an extra 10k from reducing Fan factor from 9 to 8, that would have alloowed an 3rd blitzer or my preference a 3rd BOB. But I opted for the 2nd thrower for two reasons. One, a second guy with pass and Sure hands back up my running and passing game for injury purposes. And Two, it keeps my Fan factor maxed out at the start.
After my first match, I won 2-1. I got a bonus of +3 to winnings due to the fact that my choas opponent had a FF of 8 himself. That in my opinion means two more matches and the FF will have paid for itself. I got an extra RR during the match but that did not play a apart in the match, so I would not count that in just yet. However I would add value for things on the Kickoff tables for when I do get a bonus because of a high starting FF.
My next match is going to be against a DE team. I dont think that my opponent is going to put much in the way of FF to start with. So if I get any Fan factor Kic-offs results the should all swing in my favor. Not to metntion of which My Fan Factor increased to 10!
Couple these facts, with the thing that My TRoll last game got a casulty with the MVP,(ie. SP roll, got block) and a gobling got two TD to take Catch, I stand very strong todevelope my team even further next match.
That Goblin now can give SPPs to the Throwers, or even anoyone else by throwing and using Team RRs. The Troll will one tough SOB now that he has Block already. Being as most of the league I am in are agility teams, I believe that his next choice for a skill has to be Pile ON.
Thte rest of my schedule looks like this. Dark Elves, Wood Elves, Pro Elves, Amazons, Necromantic, Humans in that order. With a little luck and some well placed skills that Troll stands to wipe out alot the oppositions LOS players. HEHEHEHEHEH! And the more linemen I take out with the Troll, means more chances to beat up on the Skilled position players when my opponents have to man the LOS.
