Starting Nurgle Roster in the Vault

Just thinking what the best startup for Nurgle in the Vault...

I was thinking

1 x Beast (140k)
6 x Rotters (240k)
2 x Pestigor (160k)
2 x Nurgle Warriors (110k)

6 x FF
3 x RR

Now I know Chaos are notoriously difficult to start due to having no skills and money should be invested in Rerolls, but thinking about it, rotters are good and bad at startup.

The Decay and Nurgles rot skill are giving me a problem. Potentially, I can get mullered in early games if a few Rotters get injured, leaving me short in numbers but I know im going to get free rotters from everyone having Nurgles rot (Does it mean I can only have 1 new rotter per game from kills?). They are cheap to replace but should my roster have more than 11 players, especially as the pestigors have regenerate now?

The cheap rotters also mean i can use the cash for positionals. The Beast is tempting. Im unsure!

Rot is VERY different from the Raise the Dead spell. You can get one new Rotter for the team for EVERY player you kill (ST 4 or less no Stunty or Regenerate)

It compensates the fact that they are added only in the post-match sequence instead of directly in reserve as Necro. (unless this has changed, I must admit i haven't checked)

I'm going to play them next league

starting roster is :

1 Beast (140)
2 Nurgle warriors (220)
2 Pestigors (160)
6 Rotters (240)
3 ReRolls (210)
3 FF (30)

I've already played a test match against a Norse team and won pretty easy, the downside was that one of my pestigors got killed and didn't regenerate.
