Got mine in today! VERY nice satchels - although they do not have the promised calculators. Not a big deal when you can get a calculator at any dollar store. I'll love using mine.

Definetly think that needs to be posted around the various miniature forums. That is very bad customer service. I have the misforune of working in retail, and the policy of most places I've been is that if the store/company makes a mistake, then that's it's own fault.

Needless to say, I'll give them a miss in future.

I'm surprised their service is so bad this time.

I bought my satchel years ago (love it by the way).

I bought an extra insert that didn't have the cardboard inside. I called them up and they shipped it out to me the next day.

I've always had great service too. They've even replaced one of my satchels that had a seam come undone and sent me replacement foam sheets for the top of the inserts.

Man, those postage rates really are ridiculous. It's even worse than ordering from Germany. 20$ for the bag + 28$ postage. And as Hoomin said, the more you order, the more expensive the postage gets. So that's â‚¬33 which means they'll charge import duty. This bag will cost you nearly â‚¬40 if ordered from the Netherlands. While the product itself is only â‚¬13.50

So, any Canadians coming to Europe anytime soon? Matt, how many bags are you allowed to bring to your sister?

There's no the canadian post office, it's this stupid shop.

Im used to buy DVDs at DVDsoon (canadian too) and the ship for FREE!! Now they've some internal problems and there's not a good option...but this is another story.

So...they look like this (usually spanish) ebayers that sell the good chepaer than the others but when you check the S&H you get scared...something like 50 euros for a ram memory stick...and things like that.

Only 50? At 20 CAD they're a bargain, the more I buy, the more money I make, right?
