2 - TrollSlayer
1 - Blitzer
1 - Runner
6 - Blocker
1 - DeathRoller

2 - RR
0 - FF
0 - AC
0 - CL

What do you think? Positives negatives? What could you suggest to even it out? I ask because I want to make sure I'm looking at this from all the angels.

I'd worry about the fact that if you face a team that can score fast (for example Woodies or Skaven) you're going to lose the Deathroller, and then have to play the rest of the game with 10 players.

And angels don't like dwarfs. They tend to smack the ends of their wings on the dwarf heads.

I wouldn't start a team with only a single runner. If he gets hurt you're in trouble. Remember that runners are key players both in offence and defence

If you are set on having a deathroller I would switch a Trollslayer and Blocker for a Runner and Blitzer.
You need the AG3 players in my opinion.

As a dwarf coach I can say that you don't need the deathroller from the beginning. He can be fun but you are losing 160k team value when he is sent off.

So I would start with all AG3 players to compansate one hurt or KOd players. The runners are the targets together with slayer as they "only" have AV8.
I think you need more rerolls as well.

Echoing other comments. Drop the DeathRoller and get him later. Start with two Runners and two Blitzers is quite important IMO. And you should try to have 3 RR. Last Dwarf team I started had no TrollSlayers, but that was with LRB4 where I maximized the FF. With LRB5, I would try the following:

2xRunners 160k
2xBlitzers 160k
1xTrollSlayer 90k
6xBlockers 420k
3xRR 120k
Total 950k

With the remaining 50k, you can upgrade a blocker to a TrollSlayer, get a few points of FF, one or two CLs or ACs, or get an apothecary (I wouldn't get the apothecary though), whatever fits your style. Since I haven't tried dwarves in an LRB5 setting, I'm not sure what would be best for the remaining 50k.

Yes,
Upgrade a blocker to a 2nd slayer.
They are one of the keyplayers of the team.
And the Deathroller is just for fun.So I'll buy him after I don't know what to do with the treasury.

drop the death roller unless you want to use it for other reasons. If you keep it, follow the advice above to get more agility 3 players.

My normal starting roster for dwarves is:

2xblitzer
2xslayer
2xrunner
5xblocker
3xRR
1xff
1xcl
1xac

Cheerleaders and Assistant coaches are actually pretty good buy in LRB5. don't buy much (if any) FF.

I second this post.
I started that way, and would again.

I would consider the doom roller only as the 14th (or 13th) man. -After buying up a few more re-rolls and cheerleaders and assts too.

The cheer leaders and assistants are there for the re-roll denial strategy.
