Porky Bowl 08 (Summer Sizzler) is officialy cancelled!

But don't dispair look out for Porky Bowl (Bringing Home the Bacon). Poss later in the year.

Good choice of date if you're worried about clashing with other events as there are no UK events in June and only the Carrot Crunch in July (on the 2008 events calendar so far...).

Only thing to bear in mind I suppose is that people do tend to go on holiday in these months which could possibly impact on numbers? I'd suggest just setting a date and see if there's any who needs it changed, should save some debate plus give you a date to aim for.

If you post in Tournament Postings, you can get people to provisionally sign up. Sorry if this is obvious! By the way, if you live in Bath there's a group of 8 or so of us who play in Calne (1/2 hour away) on a Sunday evening.
