I like to get the ghouls in a pair, develop one with sure hands first, the other get's block first.

Once they have block and dodge their ability to survive improves nicely. It puts opposing bashy teams in a much more challenging position, since they can't focus on both the blodgy ball carrier and your wolves at the same time.

This is why I LOVE making ghouls ball carriers for Necro. Using wolves or wights is exactly what your opponents want, they get to focus all their attention ( Fouls, etc... ) on your expensive positionals. As has already been said once you lose a wolf with this roster, it's really hard to come back from.

If you only get one, and with so few rerolls, he has to get sure hands first. But ghouls do gain SPP fast, so getting them to 2 skills isn't hard.

Only, "choose your blocks carefully".... If you can get 2d, fine, but making your opponent knock down the zed is better than taking a 1d block and falling down yourself....

Block and Dauntless are a zombie's best friends....
