Well in the end I went with this;

Mummy Guard
Mummy Guard
Ghoul Sure Hands
Wight MB
Ghoul Catch
Wight MB

I ended up with 3 wins and 4 losses, and seeing as I have never played Undead before and my first game was against Khemri with 5 mummies I think I did ok.
