Worst Ever Tournament Grub?

Clear winner would be Stick's vegetarian curry house in Leicester for Rocket Bowl. Barnacles' main course looked like I'd vomited my starter onto a soggy samosa and they'd served it to him. And the service was epically dismal.


Though close runners up would be:

Pearlies Breakfast (wait 1 hour and get 1 breakfast out of nine, the waitress forgetting we’d ordered 8 breakfasts!!)

Vegetarian food at Eurobowl 09 – one extra large scoop of mozzarella and five chips

£16.50 for breakfast at Spiky (though it was rather nice)

Admittedly, that curry night wasn't the greatest for a lot of people as the restaurant weren't able to cope with the numbers at all. Thankfully, last year was more successful.

Generally, the food is pretty good at tournaments. GW isn't the greatest, but it does the job. The Parmo at Monkeybowl last year was a bit of a taste (+ artery hardening ) sensation! Possibly my favourite is the bacon butty at Gryphonbowl events (cheap entry, good tourny and a bacon butty thrown in? Genius!).
