Waterbowl stunties

Post by sann0638 »

Hi all,
who is taking stunties to the Waterbowl this year? Home of the stunty cup! I am undecided, as I only get to go to a few tourneys a year, so like to do as well as I can (ie, usually not very). Stunties can be entertaining though, and the final round stunty-off is ace. Besides, this thread needs to start sometime so I might as well start it!

Mike

Current list:
Barney - Gobbos
Gobbo - Gobbos
Ninja - Gobbos
Leip - stunty?
Shaniepoo - Ogre/Gobbo
Gazza - Ogres
Me - Flinging

Think I'm going to try and retain my stunty crown. I've decided to go gobbo this year.

Current thinking:

2 Troll (1 Block)
Fanatic
Pogoer (AG4)
Looney
10 Gobbos
4 Rerolls
1 Bribe
1 Stuff

leaves me with 2 normal skills to choose.

Once again I'm taking my gobbos to the Waterbowl. Aside from my AG4 pogoer and 2x diving tackle gobbos I'm really unsure what I'll be taking.

After getting white washed and getting the Spoon at the Poobowl i was thinking about playing with a real team (Dwarf maybe)... But after a careful think about how well i did last year... I might just stick to stunties :D Hell, i cant do any worse than last year  If i can get a troll painted then i might take Gobbo's, otherwise i will take Ogres.

Sounds like it's gonna be the Gobbo-bowl

just deciding on a roster atm, it seems like Ag4 pogoers are the choice du jour - I'm thinking of going max secret weapons for shiggles. Maybe take fungus the loon as well.

Fungus is great! Take him, for sure.

Don't forgot, Gobbo coaches, that this year bribes are available... :)

If only I got to play in more tourneys...I have an Ogre itch that needs scratching.

I'll be on either necro or Human though...haven't decided whch yet.

How about I promise to bring Ogres if i can make it next year?

I may be thinning up top but I'm not turning into Porritt.

I'm staying at Valen's. Early nights therefore unlikely.

Hang on, I distinctly remember us having an early night on Saturday last year.

To make up for being out until 5AM the night before...
