Waterbowl Friday morning

Post by Pipey »

Got an easy day's work planned.

Leaving at four. We hope to be in Manchester before 9.

Not looked forward to a tourney as much in ages!!!
(even if the ruleset at Ironmanj was so good)

I'm excited too. I may even start an afternoon thread, just because we don't have enough already. :D

Waterbowl dusk? Or is that treading on the "evening" toes?

Meeting up with Carwyn for a final practice game (I've used almost every team I own against him in the last few weeks to make sure he's ok with his Chaos). We'll be heading in in the afternoon to the hotel, and getting food before the big meetup.

I always look forwards to the Waterbowl. It's the one tournament I'm guaranteed to take gobbos at :D

Sorry that was actually meant to be a joke, acknowledging the fact that I (and others) went on about how great the rules were at Ironmanj until it got boring!

It's a bit like Purplegoo being the finest ever High Elf coach (no-one fingers their phoenix warriors quite like he does).

I had hoped my tactical 'Superloss' weekend at IM would have killed that off.

Ahh well, must try harder. ;)
