Re: TFF 2011 Legacy Team - Reserve your spot !
I have a few spare 3rd Ed plastic orcs kicking about (including a couple of throwers and linemen), if anyone wants in but does not have the funds for a fig.

I have a set of painted orcs from the box if anyone wants them to use as conversion bit (nice thrower hand) if you can strip them.
Also, a big thanks for being switched to the troll, I promise to work hard and go beyond my best. How does this number thing work, is everyone just picking there favorite number? If so #78 (well its my two favorite numbers).

I edited the main post, but I'm asking again here:
What colour ring for the BOB? In which categories do they fit in?
Same as linemen?

Personally not a fan of colour-coded bases, but happy to go with majority.
If we don't do the colour coding, can we decide on a basing colour and base rim colour?

Any chance I can do a Lineman?
I'd love to get in on this, I think community based painting 'events' are really good!
(so good I shamelessly stole the 'Legacy Team' idea, now I've got my League doing one!)

Re bases, I think a black base with a thin line going round in the correct colour looks very good.
BOBs would be green, surely?

Re: TFF 2011 Legacy Team - Reserve your spot !
Do we label the bases in any way?
Do the stars have numbers?
*Edit*
Can I suggest that all basing is done to the same scheme to make the team fit together? Maybe we all use GW static grass on a goblin green base. Note that this is an example, not necessarily a suggestion.

@ nazgob
Mike
Bases normally have the number (also on the shirt, if you want) and the TFF name. Have a look at the previous years for examples (all in one forum).SBG wrote:@ sann0638: I wouldn't put numbers on stars, only their name, maybe?

I agree, that this is the best way to have position colours on the basessann0638 wrote:Re bases, I think a black base with a thin line going round in the correct colour looks very good.

EDIT 2: colour-coded bases anyone?
Red - Blitzer, White - Thrower, Yellow - Catcher, Grey - Lineman, Black - Star/Ogre
What about BOB though?
BOBs base ring should be Green
Put me down for Varag
