nah he had an accident with the chainsaw and they they replaced it using the best orcish surgen, but he couldn't reconginize the which head from the field to use... he said all them just look the same to him.

Volunteered a model this afternoon...and now she's base coloured.

Got me an urge to paint Orc (and I've got my eye in having recently painted myself a new Orc team).

Considering adding a second because I found a gobbo cheerie when I was digging out the Orc.

I've started my Blitzer. All basic colours blocked in and a first wash applied.

Should be finished next early next week at the latest.

He's a little less dark than he appears in the final photos.

The skin is trollblood base with layers of asurman blue and highlighted with trollblood base (yeah I know, lazy), the back scales are bleached bone with several tactical layers of gryphion sepia highlighted with a plain white.
His teeth,horn and claws are matt white with ink on the claws and horn but not the teeth. The tongue is a pink I mixed myself from other paints I had mixed for my amazon team. The braclet is burnished gold, chain braclet is grey with a layer of badab black. His shoulder pad is beaten purple with leviathan purple ink and plain white. His groin hair is a 'plain' brown with several layers of gryphion sepia and thraka green. Boils are a dense yellow and khador red base. The eyes are kahdor red base with a layer of baal red.
Oh and there is a layer of gloss varnish over the shoulder pad. If I was to guestimate how long he took to finish collectivly....8 hours including milliputing.

Edit: better picture but I'm going to try again when I have natural light in the morning.
