Pass Block Used on Your Own Turn?

Pass Block Used on Your Own Turn?

The Pass Block skill description in the CRP say, "If a player performing a Pass Block in their own turn is Knocked Down then this is a turnover," but how is it possible to perform a Pass Block on your own turn?
