I found about four of the current GW halflings in my bits box, they need stripping but they are up for grabs if your painting one for this event.

No pictures yet, but made some progress in planning and greenstuffing the basics of my halfling.

So, WIP for the Treeman.
The Treeman (Marauder Treeman MB14A) and a picture for scale with a 2nd Ed Halfling ...
Oh and of course, he's quite good at Throw Team Mate!
I'm going to paint up the Halfling (I'll take #48 for him if no-one objects) and he can be part of my submission.
They've now both been undercoated, and are next on the painting table.
Come on everyone else, show us your WIP's!

Looks great! What did you use for the pad? Is it sculpted or borrowed from another fig?

You see what this is? This is lost f*ckin work! Got around to basing the blighter and he gets blown out the window and down into the basement area which, one, we don't have keys for, and, two, is behind a wooden fence too tall to climb and too weak to hold someone weight. It's within sight but it's about eight feet below street level and unobtainable unless I fancy breaking a fence. Majorly p*ssed off.

Disaster!
This calls for ladders, ropes and poles. I would tie a bucket to a rope and drop it next to the model on its side. Then I would fashion some capturing device (I'm thinking a broom on a pole) and attempt to sweep the model into the bucket for retrival. A pain in the backside? Yes. Requiring breakage of fence? No.
Give it a try...?

Far too far down, much deeper down than your average broom is long.

broom on a pole?
Dammit. I take it there's no way of getting the key, or door opened (landlord, locksmith?)
