Why can w only choose 3 centre pieces. Why can't we just pay for more if we want.

Also, I think the centre pieces need some better artwork that relates more to their team, eg the ogres. Why doesn't he ask Pedro Ramos, Meiko or Willy Miniatures to lend him some of the concept sketches for his artist to use. They should let him do it free as it's great advertising to have images of your minis on a board at a club or tournament, especially given how hard core some of the board purchaser are. I'm thinking like actual head of an ogre shouting rather than a pig. Or for chaos pact that split franarcilla chaos ogre with tentacles and stuff...

I'd be astonished if Alex wouldn't sell some of the icons separately either after the fact in his store or bespoke upon request. I agree with you on some of the icons - they are either not to my personal taste, or just seem slightly "off" - the Ogre one is a good example. But you can never please all the people all the time, and I'm also sure he has to be careful not to step on GWs IP too much.

If you had an Ogre team called the Fat Pigs or the Hornery Hogz you would probably LOVE that logo..

Well, the incentive is really for people to spread the word and get more friends interested so that you get more for the same price!

And yeah... I'd be incredibly surprised if Alex wasn't canny enough to start selling the centres on their own for a good price

Does anyone know? Is it easy to carry with you in say a Feldherr Mini?

Those look smaller than the current pieces he uses, does anyone know if they fit inside a KR case? Being able to fit them in the same bag as the rest of my kit will make this harder to resist!

I got a reply from FF Fields saying that it will indeed be possible to get a "neutral" center piece, making it possible to get all your teams playing on this pitch.

Good news, I think, and come Feb 1st I will join this excellent campaign.

Yes, they do. I've got 2 of the 8 piece puzzle pitches and they fit into the Aquilla shoulder bags. I think I've got an Aquilla3 and a Aquilla4 (one is slightly bigger) and the pitches fit into the front pocket of each one.

I´ve seen this live last weekend when we had a small tourney Munich vs Parma - Alex brought the prototype and it is looking awesome ! I own a custom 6 puzzle type pitch designed for our league, the quality of FF-Fields is superb. Despite the price I´ll probably join just to have the smaller puzzle pieces...
