Advice on Wood elf colour scheme.

Post by Grimthorn »

Hello again, seeing that I've been getting some great advice from the community, I need some more, I've got the Black Scorpion Elf team which I want to paint up to replace my old GW Wood elf team (turning them into the Elf team).
Below is my pitch, so could anyone advise a good colour scheme for the team to go with it?
(and yes I am also showing off my pitch, it cost enough :D )

Ha, nice pitch ;)

Personally, I'd say green and orange, because that's what the treeman has on his pad!

I second that. Also the colours of the endzones.
It just fits.

I agree. They are also very nice colours.

Yeah. although green is so overused by Woodies.. I'd go with orange/brown as the main and then two tones of green for the sec and tertiary colors.

Come on, looking at the pitch that's an easy one mate, go for BLUE and RED!

Or green and orange like the others said! :orc:
Really cool pitch there, congrats!

Green and gold is a classic colour combination, but I would go with gold as the primary colour to avoid the green elf cliché. Think Australian national teams colours.

Oh, it's gold? Same as what Billy Dee said, then.
