My WIP teams and sideline miniatures
Since I was not sure which thread to spam, I decided to create a new thread in which I wanted to show various projects at various stages of completion.
I do not find a lot of time to paint, and when I do, I spend it more often building something instead, but as of late I am on a bit of a painting spree. In part because I want those dwarves finished and in part because I finally found something like a paintscheme for my human team.

Those creepy Skaven will fit nicely into the sewers stadium you've built!

Re: My WIP teams and sideline miniatures
I also have some pro-elves (removing paint right now), halflings (considering stripping), high elves (consider selling and replacing with Black Scorpion elves) and some other teams. I still need to start with my Ogre team for which I have 5x 2nd edition Ogres and 1 first edition Ogre along with the Kalle Imps, but all those are so far from completion that I will not yet post them here

Re: My WIP teams and sideline miniatures
Shtev0, I hope to have that Helldorado lizard done some time soon. I remember you replied to a WIP post of that miniature somewhere 3 years ago.
A lot of WIP indeed. Sometimes I think I should just finish them up to a point where they look painted, but I know I would not be happy with that in the long run.
After another very long painting hiatus I discovered that unlike riding a bicycle, you actually forget how to paint after a while. The techniques are still in my head but my muscles no longer remember how to apply knowledge to my brush, or paint to my miniatures. Need to relearn a lot.
I lost my job last week, so I have some time on my hands until I find a new job. Until then I will spend quite a bit of time painting miniatures
Regash, I will try to model the bases of these Skaven alike to the sewer pitch. Cobblestones in grey with small tufts of grass/moss.
Sainthropee, these Rotters are old WHFB Nurgle deamons from back in the day when each deamon had it's own name. I bought a few lbs of these miniatures in Nottingham somewhere in the late 1990's

Good luck on the job thing mate!
Meanwhile, what a ton of cool minis you picked for your teams and sideline...
"Painting season" is open then!
Cheers,
A.
