Re: The Longest Square - Monthly Blood Bowl Newsletter
Great to see this back; I had wondered what had happened to our monthly update.
Not seen the halfiing pitch release or the Black Orc BB3 vid. Makes me glad I decided not to collect the cards for this edition. Death Zone is fun but not sure you can really describe it as 'Lots of new optional rules' more revised options rules.

Glad you find it useful.
The delay was mostly real life getting in the way but also wanting to change the release date to mid-month (even though it was still later than I had planned).
With regards to DeathZone, I take your point. The rules are new for BB2020 but most of it is just a re-publish of things we have seen before. I certainly could have made that clearer. Thank you for the feedback it is always useful.

Re: The Longest Square - Monthly Blood Bowl Newsletter
I find it strange that the FAQ dropped without an article; also the complete lack of errata for Death Zone.
Hail Mary is now useless. At least Shadowing works even if it is not great.
Love that cake! Two releases that did not go to FLG's is not setting it up to be good for them going forward. That is a lot of third party offerings. Glad to see other companies are still producing some great figures.
