Big Guys on the DLOS? Great. Smack them around with your TGs!

What is Nuffle's view? Through a window, two-by-three. He peers through snake eyes.
What is Nuffle's lawn? Inches, squares, and tackle zones: Reddened blades of grass.
What is Nuffle's tree? Risk its trunk, space the branches. Touchdowns are its fruit.

Hi Matt,
you seem to have ample time to throw around
If you're not joining the MBBL, why not use all the nice stuff we got going here, and write a playbook for LRB6 khemri?

Re: Khemri and LRB 6
Yeah, maybe. I've played all of three games with Khemri. Mostly I'm just a very fast typer who can't stop thinking BB during his downtime. Since I'm a professional writer/editor, doing it for fun sort of loses some mystique.
That said, I may join the MBBL after I've sold and done one more really big project. Fingers crossed: if you meet Jackass Rampant online, you'll know I'm in the money.

Re: Khemri and LRB 6
Ok, three months have gone, hwat have people learned and what wisdom can you share about khemri?
Myself shall start 1 of october in a new BB league with khemri. I´m very excited and lokking forward to playing. Hopefull with a win or two even if I know that it will be hard as we have several very good players. I´m the only one who plays khemri. Mu team looks like this:
2 Thro-Ra
1 Blitz-Ra
4 Tomb Guardians
4 Skeleton
3 Rerolls
What do you think, can this team make good? Anyway I hope for some fun and hiliarous moments, specially when my THro-Ra will fail to pick up the ball, i just know it will happend

Re: Khemri and LRB 6
That's my fave starting list. I've been playing a little with Khemri, and I have to say starting all your TGs and TRs really helps.

Re: Khemri and LRB 6
Thanks, I was thinking at one moment to try to skip one reroll and get the second Blitz-Ra so all "specials" in khemri are on the field from the start but I figure that a khemri teams need those rerolls. And as we know they get very expensive later on. My thought to take two Tro-Ra is to have at least two players that can try to pick up the ball
I will tell you how it goes.

Re: Khemri and LRB 6
Great thread. I love reading about lesser used, or well-known teams, while i'm at work and not trying to work.
A rookie Khemri team was just brought into my local league, and it beat a 2 game Chaos Dwarf team 2-1. I didn't see the full game, I was beasting on some Woodies with my Skaven at the time, but apperently the CD's won the CAS war quite handliy, and the Khemri will be down a TG next game and some journymen skeletons. I think my own non-chaotic Dwarfs are facing them next, which is also down a slayer from Pro Elves of all things. (not the most honorable way to meet his doom)
I know this thread, is about playing AS Khemri and not AGAINST Khemri, but I might as well drop in and see what pointers I can gleam.
My plan is to use my 2 Blitzers and 2 Runners, 1 with block ,as the faster dwarf players- which sounds like an oxymoron, to stay away from his TG's and target his positional ball handlers, while my AV9 longbeards and lone slayer ties up the TG's and with good use of a little guard and dauntless, I should be able to inflict the pain I need since that Slayer is one CAS away from Mighty Blow.
The Game is this weekend, I'll be sure to drop an update on if my plan worked or if I was eaten by scarabs. But if anyone has any other advice, I'm all ears.

Re: Khemri and LRB 6
Sounds like a good plan. Specially if he is also down on TG as that is indeed a important player for every khemri team. In the end it comes down to what SPP he has and if perhaps someone of his blitz-RA, Thro-Ra or TG has got any skills. That can mess up your plan. But otherwise you plan sounds good.
