Frenzy is the only mandatory skill/trait. it's funny you can choose not to be nerves of steel or big hand or claw too. 
This makes kick an awsome skill BTW, since you can see how the ball scatters and then figure out if you want to use kick or not, makes it 2 times as likly to get the ball way back by the endaone.
