Yes, absolutely. Block + Break Tackle + sure hands makes an incredible ball carrier Bull Centaur. If you happen to get doubles you can add Dodge to increase the grossness.

reckon it worth giving him sure hands to?
Yep, Surehands is a good third skill to go with BT and Block. The pickup reroll is nice, but best thing is the strip ball protection.

Think it's worth giving BT on both bulls in a TR 100 tourney (if it's possible to assign skills during the tourney)? I would think block on one and BT on the other would be ideal.

Break Tackle on both would work well, too. Either of them can be blitzers at any given moment, then. You never know when the one you've 'designated' as your blitzer by giving him Block instead might well get tangled up by a couple opposing TZs, and then your well-laid plan has gone awry.

I should think, even if they never are allowed to get other skills because of the nature of the tourney, Break Tackle would serve them very well the entire time by maximizing their mobility advantage. Sure, they might be missing Block every now and again, but with ST4 against TR 100 teams (and therefore 2db's the majority of the time) I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Do you guys think that this would work as a starting team in a (shortish) league - 10 weeks or so

2 Bulls 260k
5 CDs 350k
4 Hobs 160k
3 RRs 210k
2 FF 20k

Caught the bug (again) after going AWOL.

Thanks

Yep, but Break Tackle first, otherwise he wont even reach the ball.....

For the bull centaurs I would give one break tackle and one block as thier first skill. Gives you some versitility. Besides a 4+ is THAT bad.
