Give your opponant more than enough to think about. don't just stick these two out there by themselves, not until after they have a couple more skills anyway. That's asking to get hurt. But, you get these two down one sideline, crash through the opposite wide zone with a couple more, then threaten the run through that hole, well, your opponant is going to have his hands full.
Not really, I'd just smash the two leaping players into the dirt and simply man mark the other guys. My priority is to eliminate AG5 Leap players ahead of anything else, especially if they don't have Block or Dodge. I'm not going to be worried about normal Elf players when there are 110K linemen without Block to crush.

Get basics on these guys first, Block for certain as you might as well paint "Hit me" on them right now.
That's the problem with AG 5. It's so much more effective on blitzers! Either you are waiting for a third skill advance, or you are trying to use a piece without enough tools, or else you pick up AG 5 last and don't have all the right skills to make it work!

I have a Dark Elf linemen who kept getting the MVP, plus the odd TD. He got wrestle and dodge, just like the plan. Then he picked up +AG! I was tempted at the time to turn it down for Side step, but I chose it to give me some options. Sadly, it hasn't been that great (games in the rain aside) and it makes the player too valuable to put on the line! And with Wrestle instead of Block, he's still not the best ball carrier...

When he gets to the next skill, he's surely taking leap... If I don't reture him first- 150k of TV is a lot!

They'll definately be targets for a while, especially until they get block and dodge and/or other such skills. That's just a fact of life. That's why you flood the opponant's backfield to give them more than they can handle, or you put a cage around the 5 AG guys until they skill up. And the best way to skill up quickly is TDs. So, you have to send them downfield to score and the best way to do that on an elf team is leap. So, skill them up quick.

It's a Dark Elf world, we just let you live in it to provide fresh victims. - and I still want an Executioner to kill sauruses with.

You can try forcing a retirement while earning those SPPs you need for Leap. AG5+Dodge+Wrestle screams "blitz" at me: this is the guy that can get in position and take down the blocker in your ball-carrier's path. And if he gets a knockdown or push, he keeps moving to beside (or better, behind) some other blocker, in the hopes that he gets blocked next turn. If he gets lucky, you've got Leap in no time. Otherwise, he's dead or -ST or something else that makes the decision to retire him that much easier.
