Very interesting read, especially since I'm considering building a SG / DP Skink for my upcoming Lizardmen team. Skinks are pretty cheap (60k), very fast (Mv 
and come with dodge which give them a slightly better chance to survive the retribution (especially since opposing Tacklers will be the primary targets for the fouls).
Biggest problem with a fouler Skink is the need for a doubles skill to get DP. Double skills are worth their weight in gold (Block, Sure Hands etc.) which might make it hard to motivate spending it on DP. SG is probably not a problem though, given the amount of spare A skills.
