Take Root

Don't understand a particular rule or just need to clarify something? This is the forum for you. With 2 of the BBRC members and the main LRB5/6 writer present at TFF, you're bound to get as good an answer as possible.

Sorry but this is wrong,
the treeman can't gfi to get
the needed movement to pay for the block part of the blitz.
So the action is wasted.

The skill text has the information you need.
To get your MA back, you need to get knocked over or be placed prone. Not just be prone.

So, if you take root while prone, you can get up as any player with a MA of less than 3, but your MA will be 0 until you go down again.

And Zerak is right, if you declare a blitz and take root you can't GFI to take a swing at your target. So no block.
