Yes it's good but 220k worth of TV on a secret weapon is a gamble. Most of the time it will work, but there are games when he doesn't see the pitch for more than a few turns.

In offence unlucky pick up for two consecutive turns happen and leaping gutter runner stealing the ball from you can wipe the DR from the field. With this TV bloat you can also see a wizard blasting your cage and popping the ball loose. A two-headed goblin with big hand or a skink can sneak the ball out and score.

In defence sometimes you just can't stop a wood elf or skaven team.

I agree that it is a nice piece of machinery most of the time. But it can push your TV up high. When you are facing a rookie team with your veteran dwarfs, you won't need the extra multi-block and conceding that extra TV could cost you the game with 2x ST6+ SP going on the pitch.
