My vote for two heads or pass big hand is tempting as well. But I think i would go for Pass.
and of course hte team doctor is from now own just his personal doctor!!

I would vote Foul Appearance, just for survivability and the fun you van have with him fulffwise.
Dump-off is also quite irritating and generating you extra SPP outside your own turn... But I tend to give him a rather all-round skill because his stats scream for it.
Very Long Leggs might be considered to cancel Safe Throw, with AG5 you have a decent chance (3+) on catching that interception. With Leap and Pass Block as next skills he can shut down a receiving flank...

I ended up choosing Guard. Although in retrospect maybe Disturbing Presence might have been a good pick. I could imagine the havoc that I could bring with 2 Gutter Runners with Disturbing Presence.
