Successful team builds involving heavy use of fend?

Fend can work nice with teams with Frenzy players (Norse or Necromantic) when an opponent close to a sideline can't block himself out of the threat range for a surf.

Fend is an awsome skill! I am used to heavy bashing leagues though where it does miracles, even more so in numbers. It is like sidestep and stand firm, the more players you have with it on the team the better it gets as it disrupts the normal play of an opponent. I do feel its mostly useful for G only players like most people has said here.
