It's basically GenCon, but because the UK is the size of Rhode Island all 60m people can drive there in 3 hours...

Re: Black Scorpion Amazons
I like very much the models, they could be easily used as Norse/Amazons, my only negative remark is many of them are a bit static.

I can see myself getting these, even though I'm not a huge fan of capes on BloodBowl players, Black Scorpian for the win

I'm a British Freebooter, will play for any team including Undead (I have my own Apothecary). Good rates.

I do like this team but agree the wings on the helmets are a little tall for my liking. the armour looks more authentic though and the fact they could be used for Norse or Amazons works well for me.

Re: Black Scorpion Amazons
Nice team.
As others before, I really like the concept, the armour, and possibility to use as more than one team.
On the downside, IMO the positionals could be a bit easier to tell apart (aside from the throwers, who are holding the ball). Also not a fan of the capes.

Just seen this "From the workbench" pic show up on my Facebook feed:

Quite like that.

From their Facebook page:
Black Scorpion miniatures
From now until the end of the month anyone placing an order (including orders already placed) whose Paypal address actually matches their customer account delivery address will get a free miniature. Doesn't have to be exact as long as it's clearly going to the same place.

^ LOL!
I think they've had enough of customers who don't know where they live, that's passive/agressive at its best.
That Ogre is a big improvement on the other one.
