Mino
Yes, this is exactly what we agreed after that match, because that seemed the logical thing and without this, the mino would be almost not playable. With Frenzy he is bound to end up in the woods once in a while.

The choice of mino depends on a couple of things.
Skills progression - if you choose who gets skills at the end of your games then a mino isn't anything like the liability he can be. After the 1st game give him Block and he's fairly reliable thereafter. Even if your opponent dedicates half his team to swarming him he's only got 1/3 chance of putting you down.
Star Players - make the Mino very difficult to justify. Rookie WA's will be punished by lots of S5/6 players.

norse team
have been thinking about the team I will be using..
I have been debating between using the ogre or not.
Here is my other lineup I would use If i Dont go with the Ogre.
6 Lineman
2 Blitzer
2 Catcher
1 Thrower
1 Apothecary
3 rerolls
8 fan factor
Its still 11 players, but gives me the Apothecary and the 2 catchers which is nice.
or i tweaked my original idea to this
5 lineman
2 catchers
2 blitzers
1 thrower
1 ogre
3 rerolls
6 fan factor
This way I still have a big guy to help deal with issues on the field. It does have the risk of if i lose a guy, i will be down the next game, but at least i have a heavy hitter on the field.

Second lineup
I like your second lineup.
The Big Guy should help you to keep a few players busy or hopefully even taking them out (a mino might be handy to push a few players off field).
Plus, with the apo, if you really have a casuality, a lineman is not that expensive ...

The above poster is correct. The LRB states that Wild Animals only have to throw blocks if they start the turn STANDING next to an opponent. If you start the turn and he's down, just say, "Ok, the mino isn't going to stand up, so his action is over. Now, I will peeyooonish you for blasphemy against my poor Minotaur!
