I don't like the idea of tentacles AND prehensile tail to start with... It creates the possibility of real monsters at 16 SPPs....

Especially with ST 4

If I give them TS instead of PT (at 100k) the numbers come down to:

running: 48.91
potential: 87.48
pricing: 47.26
power: 77.06
cost: 1,090,000
value: 58.59

better?

Better ... now comes the most important part ...

After balancing it using both set of rules/guidelines as you have ... then you have to playtest it for several games in league play to see how it develops and plays.
