Fire this AG-5-Lion?

He shouldn't have been around to collect that third niggling on account of being fired after he got his second.
Keeping nigglers on the team is a downward spiral with respect to long-term team development.
One niggling injury, fine, if you really want to you can keep them as linefodder. And even then it's debatable.
But three? al he is is dead weight. he doesn't play often enough to justify his contribution to the TR.
The sooner you fire him, the easier it will be to get the cash to replace him. I don't like the "wait untill you can replace him before you fire him" approach. It'll only take longer. lower tr = more cash.
hell, I'd drop that one even if you don't have 11 players left. it's not as if you /need/ them all
