I also will buy Varag ASAP if he.
He has the Leader skill and so you can also add the Big Guy to your Team.
So you will have the leader RR for the Big Guy and if you put just a player beside the Troll he will do anything on a 2+ which sounds makeable  (And I think you will like him).

Gobbos are great for sucking up Blitzes and fouls, a one turn threat is also nice. Sure feet and catch and you got a nice passing game and even if you don't pass to them the opponent will mark them so his line will be thinner.
They are also nice on defense if you got diving tackle. Just put the little stunty fella on the opponents reciever or ballcarrier.

I'd never play orcs if it weren't for the gobbos.

Gobbos are great on defense with Diving Tackle/Sidestep.

Develop two defensive gobbos with DT/SS and two with Catch/Diving Catch and you have some potent gobbos with you!

How about combining with catch/passblock (if you get a double).

Really good combo due to the stunty factor which makes constant 3+ dodging a fact.

However Block/Dauntless/Strip Ball on those gobbos might be a priority instead.
