I was only afraid of them getting all over with dust. :-?

Oh, yes, they definitely get dust on them! My advice is to try and find something cheap to protect them, perhaps a small fish aquarium turned upside down? (empty of course!!) Some hobby shops also sell protective cases for model cars and the like…I don’t know how much they cost, though.

Model car cases have worked out well for me.

Went to Ikea last weekend and also saw a big display case ("vitrine") for 50€. Lot's of room to place your mini's in, protected from dust.
Don't know about the catalogue name but is was probably something swedish :P

<Produkt Placement>

From IKEA Germany:

Ingo

Detolf

Nartorp

Järna

I've got 4 Järnas on the Walls of my room, the only problem is that they don't close dust-proof(tm) :roll: Dust crawls trough a small gap between the Front doors. I've no idea if the other examples close properly.

Oh and...the names should be international, since IKEA uses no Product IDs (at least not for the Customers to order something with them) but only the Produkt names.

</Product Placement> :D

Yes, indeed.
The Bertby is quite big btw, not really deep but *takes measurements* 160 high, 30 width, and 16 cm deep. I have 2, including a nice halogen-light at the top.
More than enough place to store several bb-teams, including 2 armies ! Still not full btw.
If you go to an Ikea, just check before you go and ask if they still have them. They are really nice (the Bertbys, NOT the people who work there I mean :wink:).
