Passing Over Big Players
Ok, this is more of an oldie's stupid question:
Is the range no longer increased when throwing the ball over a big player? Or is the rule just hiding some place and I missed it. I didn't see it under Passing or Big Guys.
Thanks.

That tidbit is gone.
It wasn't in 3rd ed either, but I do not know about before that.
Cheers.

Yep, there's definately no such rule anymore. Although I do think that you shouldn't pass over trees. There should be a rule which states that if a treeman intercepts the ball gets caught in the branches and the only way it can get out is if the tree is knocked over or scores. That should be fun with the on pitch Take Root

It would make a lot of sense from a pragmatic viewpoint (similar to big guys taking up more squares) but sadly no more!!

Maybe a player with Leap could get it out of the branches i.e. tree can han d off only to Wardancers (or other posey elves with this useful skill). lol

Once again Mo's Marauders clear the field. Can anyone stop them? This reporter doesn't think so!

Currently an ex-Blood Bowl coach, most likely to be found dying to Armoured Skeletons in the frozen ruins of Felstad, or bleeding into the arena sands of Rome or burning rubber for Mars' entertainment.
