I proposed this roster for them based off of the Norse roster but trying to not make them better than Norse

Hi Gken,
your Marauder roster looks a lot like the one I'm using in my vault league.
Our idea was to create a chaos roster which was stronger short term (where chaos traditionally sucks) and weaker long term (where chaos traditionally triumphs).

We went with AV9 on the warriors, and a Chaos Champion big guy to replace the standard big guy. Other than that, same team :)

yeah went av8 block due to the icon not wearing armor. plus it differentiates it a tad more than the standard chaos roster. Also I forgot that the Marauders and Damned have mutation access and that I would just give and Ogre and Mino access to the Maruaders and Barbarians for a Big Guy.

My main point on all "new" teams is that they should not be better than "official" teams. Damned is probably borderline good. there's a thread on fumbbl where they want to give the Succube Claws ......with mutation access so 1 double away from +2/+2 monster....AACCK!

These look great but what can the icons be used with? They don't download to Fumbbl.com or can you use them using the program at a local level? :-?

you have to just run them on your comp via standalone or u can run your own league using the client and html files.

you would have to edit the icons files for new teams. pretty easy actually and I've done it.

Hmm - Ok, not being a technical expert will have to have a play & see. :wink:

Would you believe I have an O'Level in Computer programming 'Basic Language' :o - a long time ago I know and a degree in Computer operational management :P but all of my focus has been in mastering applications (mainly Office & windows)

Every time I seem to play with programs something goes wrong so any tips would help :-?

Hi Gken,
its kind of hard to comment. Personally, I prefer teams based on the majer WFB races, because then I know what I'm aiming for. Without some fluff to relate to, statlines can sometimes get quite confusing.

That being said, I figure you've nailed the balance on your barabarian team. Fewer position players, and less skills than the norse, but this is balanced by the 2 ST4 dudes and the ST-skills on the linemen. Nice.

I have a harder time wrapping my head around the damned.
The team looks nice and all, but like I said, I need some fluff to relate to. Good AV and high speed looks strong. Also some very decent position players. I think that maybe they need a bigger downside? They've got 4 fast players with decent ball capabilities, and even if those are targeted, any of those linemen with sure hands would be a decent runner with MA7.

Ah, who knows.
Have you tried them out on the pitch?
