PM problems

I tried to send a PM and I got the following error:
Could not connect to smtp host : 110 : Connection timed out

DEBUG MODE

Line : 112
File : smtp.php

The PM was in my outbox but I don't know if it really worked.

Also noticed that the messages when making a post in a thread you are watching are not being forwarded any more. :(
