Hello everybody!!! italians are looking for a nice place for the eurobowl 06 tournament!!!
we need to know how many teams will come this year: it wil help us to find the right place!!!
We're looking for a place where to stay all together like in england, but it's difficult 'cause italy hasn't got tha kind of "hotels"
.
We are thinking about a range of solution, and one possibility is to play in a castle not so far from bologna
We accept any kind of ideas from you
Beppe

team austria will be there.
Locationwise: something like in england would be great, but playing in a castle also sounds intresting to me.

England will be there to contest the trophy again. Location wise not too bothered, though somewhere where the teams can be close (for accommodation) would be good.

Count on Hungary as well. Bologna seems accessible for us.
(And I hope I can convince the Croatian, Serbian and Slovakian friends to appear.)

If Redfang will have me for the Dutch Squad, I'll be there as well.
As for location, either make sure it's realtively easily reachable from airports/trainstations, or be prepared to ferry the people to and from the venue....

You're the Team Captain, so you should tell us that the team is:
Gorbad
Redfang
Dave
Norse
Sqar
Ray-Me
El Condor
Miloquaser
Barring drop-outs or broken legs due to competitors for the spot...

Ah good then, now I hope you can't make it, so I can be the only Dutch guy to have made it to all Eurobowls.

Being in the second team doesn't really count, though

You mean the guy who made it possible for there to be an even number of teams, even if he had to move mountains to get 7 other reserves ready in a day doesn't count....? Nor does that team beating the eventual winners soundly?
There's just no pleasing some people....

Yes there is, but it requires a certain anatomy that you don't posses...

Beppe, do you know what weekend it will be?
It will be useful to book days off for traveling and planning ahead
Thanks
