Two Players Prehensile Tail can Stack?

The rule doesn't explicitly state that they dont.
In every other case where on;y one player can use the skill (shadowing, etc.) it is explicitly stated, so it seems they would stack.

Yes they stack. Works wonders in the MBBL2 Fimir team. :) :o
