Here's The Team
I subscribe to the "Always take the +ST" theory, basically on the belief that it's relatively rare and coveted. However, fully 30% of my current team has +ST upgrades. The last +ST upgrade came on a new catcher last night, and I've been thinking about the ways to best utilize him. I'm leaning towards an offensive rather than defensive specialist, given that my blitzers tend to be directed at slowing down / stopping most opposing scoring threats. However, outside of the block / dodge progression (which given the ST increase seems even more automatic now) does anyone have any thoughts on how to advance this guy, assuming he lives long enough? I've looked through some of the other postings, so the sprint, sure feet thing seems pretty standard for an offensive specialist, but it seems like something of a waste with the ST increase.
Or ... should I wholeheartedly take the defensive route and go pass block / strip ball after blodge? I'm leery about the strip ball / tackle route because I'd rather not let an AV7 guy get into the scrum too much.
Any thoughts are appreciated. There's a good amount of discussion on ST increase progressions, but most of it seems to involve players who are the lone +ST guys on the roster.

I've had 6 ST Increases on my Chaos team already and I'd still take more. I think this applies even more so where Elf teams are concerned. Every Elf with a ST increase is a player that requires a little more effort to knock over.
You've got a nice spread of development on that team, it's a damned fine base to build a legendary team around.
