Question about inducements

Hi,
in LRB it says on p. 30 that starplayers and mercenaires can't be bought from inducements or treasure in semi-final or finals.

But those this mean that you can buy as the underdog any of theother purchases awailable ( special play cards, extra apo.... etc.)?

And does the underdog get the tv differance in inducement mony as usual?

In LRB 5, on page 31, first paragraph, last sentence, it says

"Remember that teams do not receive inducement gold during semi-final and final matches."

According to your reply above Galak, I guess this should be read as

"Remember that inducement and treasury gold may not be used to induce
Star Players or Mercenaries for these matches."

which is more like what is said on page 30?
