Side Step in a chain push
If player A blocks player B and pushes into player C, can player C use his side step? It's says when a player is pushed, not when a player is blocked, and he is being pushed.

The player gets to use his Side Step. A pushback is a pushback. You don't need any other clarification. If you must then read this. It describes how pushbacks work in relation to the block dice. Since we know how Side Step works it's really easy ot see it here.
I added the italics to what I though was the pertinent part.LRB5 pg 10 wrote:If all such squares are occupied by other players, then the player is pushed into an occupied square, and the player that
originally occupied the square is pushed back in turn. This
secondary push back is treated exactly like a normal push back
as if the second player had been blocked by the first.
