one off rosters

Hi guys, question from a relative newbie.

I´m wondering if there is a thread on here that deals with ideal rosters for the different teams as regards one off games, i.e. the best possible way to compose a team that´s just going to be used for one game at a time, introducing people into the game etc. Is there some simple rule, like going heavy on positionals and skipping ff, or is there more to it? If there is no such thread, perhaps some of you wise folk could offer your suggestions on ideal ways to put together one off teams for the different races.

I would go with the best 11 you can get, no FF / AC / CL and hope for the best on injury rolls. With one offs, there is no tomorrow and there are no consequences. I'd try to max out on the blitzer types, get at least two catcher types and a thrower type and fill out with linemen.
