we're playing straight LRB5, with the 4 best teams (every team can "submit" their 5 best games) first playing the semifinals with the winners playing the final. Now the big question: do the underdogs get inducements while playing in the semifinals or the final? Maybe I'm not seeing thins right but IMO the LRB is contradictory:

?I like the first paragraph where you get inducements but can't use it on mercs and stars.
But not getting any inducements at all? That sounds pretty unfair to me. Even with inducements the underdog only has a 30% chance of pulling off a win (at least that's what the new rules aim for) but without any help for the underdog the overdog almost always win. Is this really what was intended?
